Yes, Oasis is Closing

September 8th. That will be our last Sunday as a church. There are so many things to say and so many people to thank and unfortunately we don't have the time to do all of that here.I will say that it has been an honor to pastor this church, to lead these people, and to carry the responsibility of caring for this body.

Oasis has become a place that truly exemplifies its name. So many people over the last 7 years have talked about the rest they received being here. Some have talked about how refreshing it has been. Others have mentioned Oasis being the place where they rekindled their relationship with Jesus and the church. It fills my heart with so much joy to know that Oasis has played such a vital role for so many in their walk with Christ. I am eternally grateful for what this church has been and what it will be remembered for.

It is simultaneously exciting and sad to look at what's coming over the next few months. We have a plan that, I hope, will help every current attender of Oasis find a new church home. In addition to that, please take advantage our time together; in the building and outside of it.

Below you will find the schedule for the remaining time we have together. If you have any questions or would like to stay in the loop over the next few months, please text 'tea' to 575-222-8985.

Thank you.

Rafer Owens Jr.
